Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.
To start a return, please contact us at tsawwassenlocals@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us before sending it back so we can confirm availability.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized or special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing issue.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
